Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary The candidate duties will include: Assist attorneys and other staff members with research and preparation of correspondence, corporate documents, court filings, and litigation. Prepare and translate correspondence (e-mails, letters, etc.). Serve as a liaison between attorneys and Japanese-speaking clients. Word processing, transcription, and data entry. Supervise Records Assistants. Answer telephone calls. Calendaring. Copying and filing. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements. Should have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Must have Bachelors Degree. Should have strong English and Japanese skills (both verbal and written) (excellent business vocabulary, grammar and writing, accurate translations, effective communication skills).
