Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of Immigration experience including, but not limited to, family based petitions, deportation defense, non-immigrant visa petitions, permanent residency applications, etc. Should have JD degree from an Accredited Law School in the Unite States and Bar License. Fluency in Spanish is must. Previous U.S. Immigration Law experience is needed.
