Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have experience in the following practice areas: civil litigation, construction, personal injury and/or premises liability. Appellate and/or trial experience is a plus. Must have excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Should have confidence in taking depositions and/or in presenting oral argument in the courtroom. A strong desire to accelerate the learning process by becoming actively involved in the handling of complex cases is desired.
