The successful candidate should have a Florida Certified Paralegal certification, excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and interpersonal skills. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. The job duties of the Paralegal will include but are not limited to: organizing discovery for the associate attorney, managing their calendar, handling communication with clients and witnesses, and assisting the senior paralegal with tasks.
