Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate will assist with organizational tasks, calendaring and scheduling, and provide excellent telephonic and in-person customer service. Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent (GED); a Paralegal certificate, an Associate's degree, or similar; a Texas Notary Public. Should preferably have 1 year of Microsoft Office. Must be able to work reliably and regularly in-person attendance is the single most important item; very organized, accountable, and trustworthy; computer literate, a strong typist, and familiar with typical office tasks such as the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel), and a multi-function office printer/scanner; excellent in-person, telephone, and email etiquette and a winning customer service attitude. Should have prior law firm experience, with preference given to candidates with experience handling personal injury claims or real estate matters; fluency in Spanish/English language; intelligence, can-do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
