Litigation Paralegal Candidate will: Perform high-quality billable work and expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Must have: College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in the areas of product liability, tort, toxic tort, and premise liability defense. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, interviewing witnesses, scheduling depositions and independent medical evaluations, as well as document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas a must. Candidates should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills and possess pre-trial experience. Highly skilled and proactive litigation paralegal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy and confidentiality. Technical and database skills. must have knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Document management experience. Must possess knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of eFiling.
