Entertainment/Media Law Paralegal The candidate involves transactional business and legal affairs responsibilities such as analysis, review, drafting and revision of agreements relating to chain of title, development, financing, production, licensing, and exploitation of clients projects as well as general legal and corporate matters. Manage multiple projects. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Entertainment experience as a paralegal or in a similar capacity at a law firm, studio, talent agency, management, and/or production company is needed. Basic knowledge of the entertainment/media industry is a must, including a general understanding of structuring, negotiating, and drafting entertainment/media transactional agreements. Must possess precise attention to detail and have strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. Expert level skills with MS Office are needed. Should be a self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
