Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 3 years business immigration experience to work on a variety of primarily employment-based immigration matters. Candidate will manage multiple U.S. business immigration engagements and will contribute to the delivery of solutions and ideas for our diverse clients. Projects would include PERM labor certifications, H and L petitions, E and TN visas, immigrant visas, and preparing clients for overseas consular interviews and USCIS hearings for family based green cards. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement. Must have J.D. along with admission to any U.S. state Bar. Should have excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
