Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal The candidate will communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Ensure all medical bills are reconciled and paid. Screen potential new clients. Answer phones and field general questions and concerns for existing clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Keep clients informed with regular status updates. Signing new clients. Working up cases. Preparing demands. Negotiating settlements. Secure and organize medical/billing records. Data entry in case management system. Should have 5+ years experience. Needles case management software a plus. Must have extensive experience using MS Office Products (strong emphasis on Word and Excel). Previous work in legal, medical, or insurance office helpful.
