# Personal Injury Paralegal at Law Firm ## Job Overview Law Firm is seeking an energetic and experienced paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for client contact, document preparation, intake, drafting and filing legal documents, trial preparation and other related tasks. ## Job Responsibilities * Client contact * Document preparation * Intake (opening letters/no-fault) * Drafting/filing summons and complaints * Drafting/filing bill of particulars * Drafting/filing discovery demands and responses to said demands * Drafting note of issue * Trial preparation * Drafting/serving trial subpoenas * Following for expert witnesses, etc. ## Qualifications * 2-4 years of legal experience * Demonstrated knowledge of legal procedures and protocols * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ## Benefits Law Firm offers a competitive salary, health plan and pension benefits. ## About Law Firm Law Firm is a skilled and experienced law firm that focuses on representing seriously injured individuals.
