Paralegal Position at Law Firm is seeking a paralegal to join our civil litigation practice focused on property, contract, and employment matters. Our law office has seven (7) attorneys and we are looking for long-term candidates who are eager to learn and provide excellent client service. H1: Paralegal Position at Law Firm Job Description: is looking for a paralegal with the following responsibilities: * Drafting pleadings and discovery * Conducting legal research * Filing documents with the court * Interviewing witnesses * Trial preparation * Providing overall attorney support * Additional tasks depending on interest and skills Qualifications: * One (1) year of experience in a law office, Paralegal certification, and/or bachelor's degree are preferred, but not required * Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple duties quickly, be detail-oriented, organized, personable, eager to learn, and enjoy giving the best client service possible * Basic computer skills with comprehension of Word, Excel, and Outlook are required * Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required Compensation: $25 - $50 hourly Schedule: The schedule is flexible and full or part-time is available either as an internship or with starting pay of $25-50/hour, depending on qualifications and prior experience.
