Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assisting clients from all walks of life in many different forms of immigration relief and benefits. Duties will include direct client contact, preparing and filing non-immigrant visa petitions and permanent resident applications, as well as the management of EOIR cases. Must have 2 years of prior legal immigration experience. Should be bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience with Family Petitions, Removal Defense, Waiver Preparation, Employment Visas, Immigrant and Non-Immigration Consular Processing, I-140 Applications, Naturalization Applications (N-400), I-485, PERM labor certifications is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is needed. Computer proficient is must.
