Should have knowledge of legal calendaring. Should have ability to read and understand voluminous medical records and medical terminology. Should have experience with spine injuries, orthopedic injuries, and brain injuries. Should have ability to speak FLUENT Spanish is a plus. Should be able to multi-task the following job duties (amongst others):Preparing and filing (including e-file) documents in State Courts throughout California using various attorney service vendors. Will be scheduling depositions (party, witness, PMK, expert), including coordinating court reporters/videographers and obtaining transcripts. Will be preparing trial documents and joint trial/exhibit binders.
