Part-time Virtual Personal Injury and/ or Business Law Paralegal The candidate will review, summarize, draft legal documents and business contracts. Summarize medical records and perform legal research. Proof legal forms and documents for accuracy. Prepare correspondence and complaints. Support all facets of discovery requests and trial preparation. Draft settlement demand letters and negotiate client's medical bills. Access eFile, eService, JAWS. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 5+ years of personal injury and/or business law experience. Advanced Paralegal Certification is a plus.
