Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for duties include : Managing case documents electronically; Communicating with clients, experts and witnesses; Requesting and managing medical record; Scheduling depositions; Propounding and responding to written discovery; Trial preparation; Attending inspections and medical examinations; Negotiating medical bills and liens; Compiling evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, and databases; Preparing legal documents for attorney's review and approval. Must be able to handle a case from the filing of Complaint to trial. Must have excellent organizational and writing skills and good rapport with clients, be able to handle a heavy case load and have a strong working knowledge of the CCP, FRCP and Evidence Code/Rules. Spanish-speaking and/or experience with Litify a plus, but is not required. Should have 3 plus years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in California.
