Must be able to draft pleadings/default motions, bills of particulars, e-file court documents, trial preps, RJI & NOI. Responsibilities will also include opening new cases, managing upwards of 100 cases including requesting and following up for all medicals. Background in Trialworks a plus. Spanish speaking preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience, $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
