Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have thorough knowledge of Oregon State and Federal Court rules and procedures (Washington State Court experience is a plus). Must interact professionally, positively, and effectively with clients, attorneys, and support staff. A positive, energetic demeanor and professional presence are highly desirable. Will draft legal and business communication, conduct general file and database management, document gathering, and respond to discovery requests and inquiries. Litigation experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required. Familiarity with Relativity, Trial Director, ProLaw, and FileSite are a plus.
