Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have either a College Degree or a Paralegal Certificate. Must have 5 years of experience in personal injury law. Must have extensive experience working in person injury litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, orders, discovery responses, correspondence e-filing, deposition notebooks, summarizing depositions, summarizing health records, PowerPoint presentations, trial preparation and trial. Using case management software (Needles) to document case history and status. Must have strong analytical skills and power user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Needles Case Management software a plus.
