Experienced Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have a Florida Bar license and 3+ years of litigation experience. Should preferably have experience with general defense litigation, including tort litigation, products liability, toxic tort, construction defect, premises liability, automobile, and general liability matters. Top-quality work product, strong academics, an interest in participating in business development efforts, and providing exceptional client service are all required. Must also have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner.
