## Senior Paralegal at Law Firm **Job Summary:** The Senior Paralegal at Law Firm provides attorneys with support and overall case management in all stages of the litigation process from onset of a case through discovery, trial and appeals. The Senior Paralegal is responsible for performing daily case management duties, including maintaining and organizing case correspondence, pleadings, discovery, expert materials, and client documents; assisting with deposition, hearing and trial preparation; collaborating with internal resources and external vendors to prepare and serve document productions and logs; preparing and organizing exhibits to motions, pleadings, reports, correspondence, etc.; processing and tracking medical record/employment/social security/FOIA etc., requests; and electronic filing with state and federal courts. **Job Requirements:** - Able to interact with all levels of legal staff and personnel, including management and support staff - Team-oriented and able to work in a multi-office environment - Excellent attention to detail and able to follow up and follow through - Quick learner, tech savvy, strong organizational, writing and communications skills - Fundamental to advanced knowledge of relevant jurisdictional/court/agency processes and procedures, including knowledge of Federal and State court practices, local rules and deadlines - Highly proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Fundamental proficiency with Relativity or other similar E-discovery review platforms as well as FTP and Fileshare platforms - Fundamental proficiency in Lexis Nexis/Westlaw and other internet search resources - Minimum 5 to 7 years of litigation paralegal experience - Bachelor's degree required **Compensation:** This position offers a competitive salary of $68,000 - $70,000 per year.
