Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2-5 years of recent meaningful law firm experience in litigation. Experience with personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal defense is ideal. Must be able to: prioritize work assignments; docket deadlines and track statute dates; prepare exhibit binders; schedule appointments, depositions and hearings; draft routine documents, notices and entries; maintain client files; draft discovery requests and organize responses; forward records to clients and experts; coordinate trial prep including exhibits; ordering, compiling and summarizing medical records and bills; and perform case related research.
