Trademark Paralegal, Intellectual Property The candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary trademark clearance searches; prosecuting U.S. and foreign trademark applications and maintaining U.S. and foreign trademark registrations; coordinating with foreign counsel to establish, maintain, and enforce trademark portfolios; assisting attorneys with Opposition and Cancellation Proceedings; and regularly providing clients with status charts reflecting current status of each mark. Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate with 5+ years of experience managing a large trademark portfolio. Prior experience drafting trademark applications and e-filing documents required. Must be highly organized, detailed-oriented and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
