IP and Technology Litigation Associate The candidate must have strong academic credentials and 2-3 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or the sciences is helpful. Strong research and writing skills are required, along with a demonstrated desire to be a trial lawyer. Must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice in Minnesota. Admission before the USPTO is helpful.
