Paralegal / Legal Executive Assistant / Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate duties and responsibilities include: Drafting and managing trademark applications. Incorporation filings. Creation and management of spreadsheets. Administrative tasks such as office billing, client file management and interacting with payroll service. Should have B.A. or B.S. Degree. Must have 2-3 years of transactional experience and an understanding of basic legal concepts. Paralegal certificate preferred. Strong prioritization and organization skills are required. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Adobe Acrobat and be able to work independently. Experience in trademarks, contracts and corporate governance are a plus.
