Legal Secretary / Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include: Supporting 3-5 attorneys. Formatting, finalizing, and filing documents in state, federal, and appellate courts. Researching court rules. Calendaring hearing dates and due dates. Conducting intake of attorney mail. Coding and transmitting documents for file room. Making travel arrangements. Organizing files and documents. Preparing letters, memos, etc. Performing other duties as needed. Should have 1-5 years of legal office experience, ideally as a legal secretary/legal administrative assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online research, and PDF manipulation desired. Interest in public interest law preferred.
