Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney - is looking for a Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join our nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in our Philadelphia, Mount Laurel, or New York offices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in complex commercial litigation and defending financial institutions with an emphasis on high volume portfolios, class actions, garnishment actions, and regulatory enforcement actions. Position Requirements: * At least three years of experience in complex commercial litigation and defending financial institutions * Experience with or knowledge of consumer financial services litigation * Experience with federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices * Experience with state civil procedure * Superior academic credentials * Strong written and oral communication skills * Active bar license in PA, NJ and/or NY Salary: In New York, the base salary for this position will be $150,000 plus, depending upon experience.
