Attorney-Immigration The candidate will represent and advocate for clients with their immigration matters before immigration courts throughout the nation. They prepare for trial, attend trial, prepare memos and oversee paralegal work. Most importantly our attorneys make an impact on someones life to achieve their American Dream. Should have Juris Doctor Degree in MD, VA, or PA state bar. 1-year experience preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish (required).
