Immigration Attorney The candidate responsibilities will include: Representation of clients before immigration agencies, In depth legal research, Drafting of briefs, motions, legal documents, petitions and forms, for a wide range of immigration matters, Advise prospective clients of their legal options and educate them about our services, Manage a caseload of family-based and removal defense cases, Daily interaction with clients to prepare case strategy, Preparation of affidavits for U Visa, VAWA, Asylum, among others. Must have Juris Doctor from accredited law school and license to practice law, (law student / clerk will be considered depending upon experience). Should preferably have 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, but all levels will be considered. Must read, write and speak Spanish.
