Litigation Attorney Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in general litigation with a focus in real estate law and must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Must be highly organized, computer savvy and able to multi-task. Title and chain of title experience is a important along with the ability to read and decipher comprehensive title reports as title litigative matters comprise a large portion of our case load. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong academic background also required. Must be: Able to predict and forecast budgets associated with Title Underwriting Litigation Cases to prepare bids. Able to draft and prepare fee agreements for various cases and manage daily time records to ensure accurate billing. Able to assist the firm owner in various marketing activities as needed. Able to work in a paperless, automated and fast paced environment. Able to multi task to complete various tasks required. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player and can work effectively with loan officers, underwriters, closers and field personnel.. Computer savvy and knowledge of Microsoft applications is necessary. Ability to manage a high volume workload and shift between offices, tasks, teams with ease. Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. Organized and detail oriented individual.
