Litigation Attorney The candidate will be drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Should have 3 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Must have experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations. Experience with taking and defending depositions is required. Must have strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel. Trial experience is desired. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must have a California Bar membership. Civil litigation and insurance defense experience are required.
