Paralegal The candidate will work for rapidly expanding insurance defense practice. Will have frequent contact with and reporting to claims adjusters and clients so excellent communication and "people" skills are necessary. Will keep track of time, enter billing and interact with legal billing management companies. Must have familiarity with all aspects of personal injury defense including pleadings, discovery, motions, medical records and trial preparation.
