Employment and Family Based Immigration Attorney The candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: PERM; National Interest Waivers (NIW); TN; L-1A or L-1B; H-1B cases and know how to manage the full H-1B life cycle; E-1 or E-2; O-1; EB-1 or EB-5; RFE;;Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; Waivers; Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals. Should have 2 years of experience in employment-based Immigration. Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
