Litigation Attorney The candidate should have experience handling most aspects of litigation such that they can independently handle cases with minimal oversight (draft pleadings briefs, create and implement litigation plan, take depositions, handle hearings, etc). Experience being main point of contact with demanding clients, and dealing with accounting, valuation and/or other financial experts is necessary. Ability to digest complex contractual relationships and outline litigation strategies from the application of the law and factual dynamics to same is critical. High level analytical and writing ability is also critical. Needed for complex commercial litigations including areas as diverse as patent matters, all the way across the spectrum to P3 and public funding disputes. Familiarity with governmental disputes (particularly the type that are typically litigated in Commonwealth Court) is a plus. NJ license a plus.
