Pre-suit Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of pre-litigation matters. Must have experience in performing paralegal tasks from the opening of a claim until a lawsuit is filed. Create and maintain case files. Requesting medical records and bills. Preparing preliminary demand packages. Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Phone calls with clients, adjusters and medical providers. Other administrative duties as assigned. Strong computer skills. Bilingual preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in understanding insurance claims, obtaining medical records and bills, preparing preliminary demand packages, notifying lien holders, and maintaining a well organized file. In addition, the candidate should feel comfortable communicating with clients, insurance adjusters and working closely with attorneys.
