Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should be familiar with the Code of Civil Procedure, Rules of Court, statutes, deadlines, local court rules, and in particular the rules and procedures for the Personal Injury Courts in the County of Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Job duties include drafting and responding to written discovery, drafting pleadings, preparing court forms and filings, writing correspondence, answering telephones and scheduling attorney's calendar. Candidates must have good communication and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Must have 5+ years of strong litigation experience. Should have exceptional litigation skills with strong knowledge of State Court rules.
