Real Estate Finance / Attorney The candidates should possess 1+ years of broad real estate finance experience. Experience in loan origination work is a plus. Will gain experience handling a wide variety of commercial real estate finance transactions including assisting with preparation of documents and handling closings of line lender / repurchase agreement facilities and diligence for real estate finance closings. Attorneys will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment. Must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills.
