Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate should have 5+years of mid- or large-sized law firm experience, supporting at least three attorneys. Should have advanced skills using MS Word, version 2016, to include using styles, tracking changes, document comparison, generating TOC s and TOA s, and Outlook; basic proficiency in Excel. Should have experience NetDocs, CompuLaw, Best Authority and Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC preferred. Exceptional grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills; fundamental knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures; practical knowledge of client billing. Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail; high level of customer service to clients, partners, associates and staff.
