Business Immigration Paralegal Greenville (SC) Position: Legal Staff Seniority Level: Associate Apply Now Position Summary Our Greenville office has an engaging paralegal opportunity. Join the firm's growing immigration practice group, working alongside skilled professionals in a team-based environment. The comprehensive on-the-job training includes: 1) job shadowing experiential learning 2) on demand videos 3) weekly live trainings and 4) regular meetings with attorneys. See our accolades page for more information about our recognitions in the legal profession. ***Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigration petitions (such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN visa petition and PERM Labor Certification Applications). The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts. They draft correspondence and maintain organized client documentation. Continually in direct contact with multiple attorneys, and communicates with clients and visa beneficiaries. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program. Business Immigration experience is a plus. International exposure is a plus. Paralegal experience is preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Good case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
