Temporary Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal. Must have 3+ years of experience at a practicing attorney. Should be licensed to practice law in Colorado. First chair trial and/or arbitration experience is essential. Corporate/Business law experience. Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures including the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure is needed. Should be detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills. Should have the ability to handle their caseload. A high degree of initiative and mature judgment is needed.
