Legal Secretary - Healthcare The candidate will work in Healthcare Department supporting timekeepers. Should have strong MS Office skills and be highly skilled at document editing, providing administrative support, making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and other clerical tasks. Must have the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents and information. Must also be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes. Should have extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills and keen proofreading abilities. Must have 4+ years of secretarial experience (Healthcare) in the legal or professional services industry. A Bachelor s Degree is preferred.
