Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate will interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts. Will focus primarily on review and analysis of medical records. Conduct legal research, prepare subpoenas, manage discovery in civil cases, review/analyze medical records, summarize depositions and manage other case related activities. Should have 4+ years of experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) essential. Experience with any of the following software programs would be a plus: Pacer, PDF conversion software, Westlaw/Lexis, ProLaw, Litigation Solutions, ELAW and Ontellus.
