Litigation Practice Attorney Duties: Handle consumer litigation for a large bank client in defending against mortgage-related claims for wrongful foreclosure, title challenge, predatory lending, violation of unfair trade practices, violation of financial consumer acts (RESPA, TILA, FCRA, ECOA, etc.), fraud, and servicing errors. Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with current admission in Illinois or Texas; Excellent academic credentials; Financial services and/or mortgage litigation experience preferred; Previous federal and state court experience preferred; Abilityto manage a large case-load efficiently; Excellent legal research and writing skills; Ability to work in a collaborative team environment; Ability to provide excellent client service; Strong organizational and analytical skills; Strong oral advocacy skills.
