Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for pleading drafting, managing a team of attorneys and coverage counsel, calendaring, filing, negotiating settlements of debt, speaking with clients, speaking with opposing counsel, performing legal research, etc. Will be assigned to litigation attorneys, and will be assisting them with all litigation-related matters. Must be a debt defense litigation paralegal with 6+ years of paralegal experience. Experience in a high volume and fast paced law firm would be ideal, such as personal injury.
