Paralegal / Case Manager / Legal Assistant Candidate will be responsible for handling pre-litigation claims from inception to settlement. Will entails extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients. Conduct research to investigate the facts of a case in order to obtain useful information. Establish good working relationship in order to obtain vital information required in preparing for a case. Entails extensive contact with insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Requirements: Must have experience in: Property Damage. Must have at least 1 year experience in personal injury. Must have 1-2 years experience at a plaintiff law firm. Must have experience managing 100 cases or more at a time. Ability to speak Spanish required or strongly preferred. Have consistent customer service as well as technical expertise with handling case load of 100 - 200 files. Speaking with insurance adjusters. General knowledge of medicine. Must be able to gather, analyze and research information and documents and manage a high volume caseload. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate acute attention to detail. Excellent organizational, written and communication skills are essential.
