Paralegal The candidate will handle assisting attorneys with letters, legal documents and commercial real estate closing documents. Coordinating contract and loan transactions, drafting signature pages, closing statements, maintaining closing checklists, arranging closing binders, proofreading and blacklining documents and other duties as directed. Requirements: Must have 1-3 years experience, Paralegal degree/certificate required and Commercial Real Estate experience. Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and Excel. Notary and Worldox a plus. Must have excellent communication skills, be very organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
