Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate must have 2 or more years of civil litigation experience with skills in legal research; drafting pleadings, briefs and discovery responses; interviewing witnesses; medical records and bill summarization and analysis and who already has exposure to depositions, mediations and trials. However, newly licensed attorneys with trial team, third-year practice rule, or other similar exposure to litigation and who are willing to develop the skills necessary to eventually handle own caseload and to try cases to juries throughout the state are encouraged to apply. Must be currently licensed in North Carolina at the time of application.
