Paralegal/Administrative Assistant The candidate will be responsible for case intake and setting up files, calendaring, preparing draft documents, tracking projects, and communicating with clients and referral sources. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience or background with real estate law, title issues, or litigation is preferred. Knowledge of Prolaw or similar document management system would be a plus.
