Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing subpoenas and e-filing pleadings, preparing discovery requests; trial preparation, scheduling depositions, hearings and mediations, the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and case management software. Should have experience in the family law or litigation field. Must have the ability to take direction from an attorney and is a quick learner.
