Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will assist the needs of new clients and new cases. Will create and send Electronic Documents to clients for E-Signature. Collect and set up case information in cloud-based CRM to be used by Case Managers/Paralegals/Attorneys. Respond as needed to clients, to build and maintain a relationship of trust. Follow office policies and procedures to maintain consistent levels of high service to clients. The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Personal Injury (or similar). Must have strong people skills able to get along with all personality types. Bilingual a plus. Must have excellent phone and communication skills.
