Immigration Attorney The candidate will work in the firms family-based and humanitarian-based practice areas. Should have Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Must have 2+ years of experience practicing immigration law. Strong legal research and writing skills required. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal essential. Ability to manage a high volume caseload and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Superior organizational and time management skills are must. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Fluency in written and verbal Spanish is preferred.
